On March 27th, the 94th Academy Awards (popularly known as the Oscars) will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles. With presenters Amy Schumer, Regina Hall, and Wanda Sykes, the night is sure to be filled with laughter and praise for those in the film industry. Aside from celebrating the nominees' accomplishments, awards shows like the Oscars, Golden Globes, and other red carpet events are all about celeb FASHION.
We're looking forward to watching our favorite celebrities taking home an award, but we're equally excited for all the Oscars looks and couture that will be trending on our IG feed by that night. Every year, we patiently await for the best-dressed stars to make a glowing appearance. Some of them wear new designers while others go for tried-and-tried classics like Valentino, Prada, and Cartier.

Kanye West looks like he stepped out of a GQ magazine with this leather suit worn at the Oscars' Vanity Fair after-party in 2020. The rapper, as usual, looked effortless as he walked the red carpet in a single-breasted suit jacket. He paired the low-cut jacket with a chunky chain necklace, black sunglasses, and lots of ring bling. What appears to be beige leather or suede booties completed the look.
Olivia Munn
In 2020, Olivia Munn understood the assignment during awards season when she wore a black gown to the Oscars with leather buckle details. Leather, in general, is a casual material for a black-tie occasion, but the 42-year-old actress wore it like couture.
Zendaya
As one of this year's biggest stars, thanks to her role as Rue in Euphoria season 2 and Chani in Dune, Zendaya always wears something showstopping on the red carpet. At the Venice Film Festival in 2021, the Euphoria star wore an edgy Balmain leather dress with a zip-up corset and lace-up sides. Paired with Christian Louboutin pumps and black pants, Zendaya looked like she was ready to take on the world in style.
